Morning tonic for the nervous system

 Preparation time for infusion: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml of simmering (almost boiling) water

¼ cup of sacred basil leaves

¼ cup of nettle leaves

 ¼ cup of gotu kola

1 C. liquorice root powder

Preparation: Infuse the herbs in water for 5 to 7 minutes.

Filter and serve.
