It is good to give your legs some attention morning and night. It doesn’t take very long, only some regularity.

  1. Shower: After you have properly rinsed, please do wipe yourself in a delicate manner. Do not rub your legs with a lot of energy. Always be gentle.   1. Exfoliate: Twice weekly, feel free to take your coffee grinds with you in the shower and rub all over your legs all the way to the ankles!
