Morganna’s Alchemy is excited to announce our most recent winning of the the 2022 International Achievement Award by Pasco EDC on September 8, 2022. This award recognizes businesses that demonstrate outstanding achievements in international relations, global leadership, and export growth.

PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA (September 8th, 2022) – Morganna’s Alchemy has been awarded the 2022 International Achievement Award by The Pasco County Economic Development Council (Pasco EDC) at the Pasco EDC’s Annual Awards held at Pasco-Hernando State College Instructional Performing Arts Center (IPAC). Owner and creator, Maya Hyppolite, personally accepted the award vowing to continue manufacturing, packaging and shipping to Morganna’s Alchemy’s loyal customer base all over the world from the new manufacturing facility and retail location at 6610 U.S. Highway 19 North, New Port Richey, Florida.

Morganna’s Alchemy previously participated in a 2018 Global Tampa Bay Trade Mission to Chile with Pasco EDC and the 2020 U.S. Commercial Service Virtual Matchmaking Session with China along with Pasco EDC and their partners. Maya personally serves as the Vice President of Foundation Sainte Rose De Lima (FSRL) which educates dozens of girls each year in Haiti who otherwise would not be able to afford to go to school.

Maya, a long-standing resident of Pasco County, received her Master of Arts in Cosmetic Science from Fairleigh Edison State University, and her Bachelor of Arts in Science and Math from Thomas Edison State University. The headquarters for Morganna’s Alchemy was relocated in 2004 from Belgium to New Port Richey.  In early 2022, Maya invested over $30,000 in the establishing of a new 2,500 square foot facility, including a retail boutique offering personal sales to the Tampa Bay Community. This growth made a significant economic impact in the Pasco community with the addition of 9 new employees. Maya and her team continue to develop a wide range of skincare products, with an emphasis on anti-aging, along with hair growth and personal care products. Maya is also the recipient of the 2022 Prestigious Women of Excellence award from Le petit Club of Miami, the “Micro to Millions” award in 2007, and “Sam Walton Emerging Entrepreneur” award in 2008 based on a commitment to community and personal development.
