6 tips to avoid a double chin and firm your neck

You should treat your neck with the same love and care as your face. You may not realize it, but our necks have sebaceous glands that weaken our skin. Makeup residue alone can cause skin damage and tarnish the appearance of our neck.

Exercising the muscles of your face and neck, can be very beneficial and you will see results rapidly with the following methods.

To firm flabby neck skin, it is possible to do many exercises that stretch and work the muscles of the neck and those of the lower part of the face. Repeat these exercises once or twice a day to strengthen and firm your neck

  • Place one hand on your forehead. Then push your head against your hand without moving your head forward. You should feel the muscles in your neck contract. Hold this position for about ten seconds. Then, squeeze your hands behind your head and push the head back to create pressure. Keep this position for about ten seconds.
  • To do this exercise, you will have to sit with your back straight. Close your mouth and flip your head to point your chin to the ceiling. Then, operate your mouth, mimicking a chewing movement. Thus, you will work the muscles of your neck and your face. Repeat the movement twenty times
  • Sit with your back straight, close your mouth, and lift your head so that your chin is pointing towards the ceiling. This time, the movement is to make your lips work as if you are going to kiss someone. Repeat this exercise twice. It is possible to feel the same sensation as in the previous exercise, but in fact you will work different muscles in the face and neck
  • Be careful doing this exercise so you do not strain your neck. Lie on your bed and let your head hang out of bed. Slowly and carefully lift your head towards your chest, using your neck. Lower your head gently. Repeat the movement about five times.
